200 g smoked trout or salmon

Pizza dough, approximately 30 cm in diameter

1.5 dl crème fraîche

1 clove garlic, minced

1 tbsp grated parmesan

Salt and pepper

150 g grated cheese, preferably mozzarella

1 tbsp capers

1 chili pepper

Arugula (rocket)

Fresh oregano

  • Use your favorite pizza dough recipe to prepare a 30 cm pizza base (or use a pre-made one).
  • In a bowl, mix together crème fraîche, minced garlic, grated parmesan, salt, and pepper.
  • Spread the crème fraîche mixture evenly over the pizza base.
  • Sprinkle grated cheese over the sauce and scatter capers and thinly sliced chili rings on top.
  • Bake at 250°C (480°F) for about 8-10 minutes,or until the crust is crispy and golden.
  • Remove from the oven and top with slices of smoked trout or salmon, fresh oregano leaves, and arugula.
