Well liked by both adults and children. Perfect together with smoked salmon or trout. Quick to make, and guaranteed to be a winner around the dinner table.
300 g smoked trout or salmon
400 g pasta (e.g., tagliatelle)
2 shallots
2 tbsp butter
2 dl apple juice
3 dl cooking cream
2 dl crème fraîche
2 tbsp chopped sun-dried tomatoes
4 spring onions
2 dl frozen peas
About 1 tsp salt and some pepper
2 tbsp finely chopped chives
