Ålesund, 12 February 2025: Hofseth International AS ("Hofseth") has successfully issued a NOK 1.0 billion 5-year senior unsecured bond.

Hofseth International AS (“Hofseth”) has mandated Carnegie AS and SpareBank 1 Markets AS as Joint Bookrunners to arrange a series of fixed income investor meetings, commencing Wednesday 5 February 2025.

Innovation Norway has decided to provide funding of up to NOK 33.74 million to the project “Like fresh at the source – JustThaw800”, run by Nye Icefresh AS.

With the help of new technology, Hofseth will change how seafood is distributed around the world. The aim is to create an optimal value chain for the delivery of seafood to customers, create better fish quality, limit the carbon footprint and less food waste.

Hofseth International and Hofseth Biocare are the main sponsors of the Norwegian Rowing Federation. We have signed an agreement extending until the Los Angeles Olympics in 2028, and we look forward to contributing to the journey.

There has been a significant milestone in the closed cage aquaculture venture called Egget, with a successful harvest of the first batch of fish. Hofseth aims to lead the development of sustainable aquaculture, and is working towards growth in more closed systems.

Atlanterhavsparken's visitor center continues to attract visitors eager to deepen their understanding of the aquaculture industry. Last year, the center welcomed a total of 192,000 visitors.
